Real Palace, a remarkable real estate developer in Tbilisi and Batumi, in partnership with SMART business Georgia, successfully completed an ERP system implementation project, the goal of which was to unify all financial and operational processes on a single platform.

Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central and SMART Localization were implemented as part of the project, and based on the company’s specifics, a personalized development was created to automate the payment schedule for sold apartments. The system is so complex that it basically covers all accounting and business processes, although it also allows for additional development if necessary.

Before starting cooperation with SMART business Georgia, we were working with different programs and systems. Now all operations - sales, payments, inventories, banking operations and tax accounting - have been combined into one flexible ERP system.

With the new system, the company gained:

• Full transparency and real-time control over finances;
• Maximum simplification of the apartment purchasing process for the customer;
• Centralization of data and reduction of the risk of errors;
• Full compliance with local legislation.
