Work completed in the Blue project

The construction of Blue is nearing completion - the project is approaching the completion phase and each work is being carried out according to the planned schedule.

98% of the facade work has already been completed - the building has practically taken on the appearance that was conceived in the architectural concept of the project.

The laying of internal engineering communications in the building has been fully completed:

• Cold and hot water system
• Sewerage
• Exhaust system
• Gasification

In addition:

• 90% of internal engineering systems have been completed on the residential floors.
• The main communications have been installed in the apartments and internal works are underway.
• The waterproofing of balconies and the finishing of common spaces are underway.
• Freight elevators are already operating in the building, and passenger elevators are being installed in parallel.

The construction of the project is nearing completion and a space is being created where quality and value come together.
