Work completed in May on the Real Palace project Arbour.

Real Palace Arbour construction progress is felt daily.

In May, the construction work of Real Palace Arbour continued at an active phase.

• We poured concrete on the 8th floor of blocks A and B - this stage always requires good coordination and logistics, especially when two blocks are being built in parallel.
• In addition to the concrete works in block A, another important stage has been completed - the partitions separating the office and first residential floors have been removed.

Arbour is a two-block, premium-class modern residential complex, which is being built in a protected, quiet and oxygen-rich environment.

One of the distinctive advantages of the project is the 4,500 sq.m. inner, isolated courtyard, where recreational zones, children's, sports and entertainment spaces will be arranged.

Arbour is a space where the rhythm of the city slows down and everyday life becomes calmer. A private yard, fresh air, and an environment close to nature create a life that is not only comfortable but also thoughtfully high-quality.

The project will be completed in December 2028 and will be delivered in a green frame state.
