Work completed in January on the Real Palace project Arbour.

Real Palace Arbour’s construction progress is being felt every day.

The construction of the parking, commercial and office floors has been completed, and at this stage, concrete pouring works are underway on the third residential floor of Block A.

At the same time, the arrangement of apartment partitions is actively continuing on Block B.

All work at the current stage fully complies with the established deadlines and construction standards.

Arbour is a two-block, premium-class modern residential complex, which is being built in a protected, quiet and oxygen-rich environment.
One of the distinctive advantages of the project is the internal, isolated courtyard built on 4,500 sq.m., where recreational zones, children’s, sports and entertainment spaces will be arranged.

The project will be completed in December 2028 and will be delivered in a green frame state.
