The construction of the current Real Palace project Arbour is in active mode and according to plan.
In October, the following works were carried out on the Arbour project:
⭕ The first residential floor slab was poured in Block A, the reinforcement of columns and diaphragms is underway.
⭕ The building process of internal partitions is in active mode in Block B.
Arbour is a complex consisting of 2 residential blocks, which is being built in a quiet, green and protected area in Tbilisi.
The project will include various entertainment and children's playgrounds. An internal isolated courtyard and a picnic area planted on a hectare.
The construction of Arbour is in progress according to plan and will be completed in 2027.
