Arbour

Don't miss the work done on the Arbour project in July.

The construction of Arbour is proceeding according to plan.

In July, the following works were carried out on the project:

• The vertical structures of Block A parking lot were poured and its roofing was completed;
• The arrangement of the parking on the -1 floor has been completed and reinforcement is underway.

Arbour is a complex consisting of 2 residential blocks, which is being built in a quiet, green and protected area in Tbilisi.
The project will include various entertainment and children's playgrounds. An internal isolated courtyard and a picnic area built on a hectare.

Construction is scheduled to be completed in December 2027.
